Hold the window up button to close the window, do not release the switch for 10s after the window is all the way up. Press the window down button to bring the window all the way down and again do not release it for 10s after the window is all the way down. The one-touch up and down function is working again after this procedure.

Best thing to do really is just check and see. Remove the door panel (two screws IIRC, if not just one at the door handle), and the rest pops off. Raise and lower with the door panel off, and check the peek holes (plastic body plugs), and see if you can see or watch or hear what's going on. Should be easier to troubleshoot with the door panel
First, start the car and set the ignition/starter switch to the accessory position. Try to manually raise the window by holding the partially visible part of the glass. Force the window up. While the door of the affected window is open, hold the window between your hands.
To reprogram, turn the key on, go to the passenger side and with the passemger switch run the window all the way down and hold switch in down position for 2 seconds, then run all the way up and hold in up position for 2 seconds, then repeat again within 5 seconds.
